Overview
Bank is a push-your-luck dice game for 2 or more players. Players take turns rolling two dice, building up a shared pot of points. After any roll, any player can choose to BANK the current pot into their personal score — but wait too long and a bad roll wipes it all out. The player with the highest score after all rounds wins.
Round Structure
Each round starts with an empty pot at 0. Players take turns rolling in order. Each round has two phases:
Rolls 1–3: Safe Phase
The first three rolls of each round are safe — you cannot bust.
Rolling a 7: Instead of busting, a 7 adds 70 points to the pot. This is a great roll early on!
Rolling doubles: Adds only the face value of the dice to the pot (e.g., double 4s = +8). No special multiplier.
Any other roll: Adds the sum of both dice to the pot.
Roll 4+: Danger Phase
Starting with the 4th roll, every roll carries risk.
Rolling a 7: BUST! The pot is wiped to zero. Any player who hasn't banked gets nothing for the round. The round ends immediately.
Rolling doubles: The entire pot is doubled. This is where big swings happen.
Any other roll: Adds the sum of both dice to the pot.
Banking
After any roll (in either phase), any player can tap BANK to lock in the current pot value as their personal score for the round. Once banked, you sit out the rest of the round — you're safe, but you also can't benefit from the pot growing.
Multiple players can bank at the same time. A round ends when either a 7 is rolled in the danger phase, or all players have banked.
Winning
After all rounds are played (10, 15, or 20 — configurable at setup), the player with the highest total score wins.
App Features
Virtual Dice vs Physical Dice
Virtual Dice: The app rolls for you with animated dice and a ROLL DICE button. Great when you don't have dice handy.
Physical Dice: Roll real dice and tap the total on a number pad. The 7 button turns red in the danger phase, 2 and 12 are disabled (since those require doubles), and there's a separate Doubles button for when you roll matching dice.
Auto-Roll Timer
In virtual dice mode, you can enable an auto-roll timer (3, 5, 7, or 10 seconds). The timer counts down between rolls, giving players a window to bank before the next roll happens automatically. A pause button lets you stop the timer and roll manually.
Turn Order vs Rank Order
Toggle between viewing players in their rolling order or sorted by score (highest first). The red number next to each player's name shows how far behind they are from first place.
Undo
Tapped the wrong button? The ↩ Undo button reverts the last roll or bank action. You can undo multiple steps.
